Hostis respects the intellectual property rights of creators worldwide. Although Hostis is not a United States company and is not subject to U.S. federal DMCA jurisdiction, we provide a DMCA-compatible takedown procedure for the convenience of rights holders and international users.
This policy explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we respond.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice
Your notice must include the following information:
- Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material (URL, project ID, or exact location on Hostis)
- Your contact details: address, phone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

What Happens After We Receive a Complaint
- We review whether the complaint is complete and valid
- If valid, the material is removed or disabled (usually within 24–48 hours)
- We notify the affected Hostis user and share the complaint
- The user may submit a response or counter-notice under local law
Repeat Violations
Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright infringements may be suspended or terminated.
Hostis is a Bosnia & Herzegovina–based service provider and is not subject to U.S. federal court jurisdiction. This policy is provided as a DMCA-compatible procedure for the convenience of global users and rights holders.
